Complete Air Duct Cleaning
Full-system source-removal cleaning of all supply vents and cold air return ducts. All jobs are done with either a truck-mounted vacuum or a HEPA portable vacuum (7,500 to 12,500 CFM).
Furnace and AC Cleaning
Thorough cleaning of the furnace fan, fan housing, and anywhere the forced air passes through the system, including accessible air conditioning coils. Please note: we do not service the furnace itself - furnace servicing is provided by your licensed gas and oil furnace contractors.
Deodorizer Treatment
Included with every cleaning. Eliminates lingering odours from your ductwork at no extra charge.
Our Process
A standard residential cleaning takes approximately 2 hours.
Assessment
Please provide us with the number of supply and return vents in your home and we can provide a phone or email estimate. On-site, we inspect your system and confirm the scope and price before any work begins.
Negative Pressure
An 8-inch hose connects our vacuum to your main duct plenums, placing the entire system under powerful negative pressure while registers are sealed.
Agitation
We protect your floors and corners with drop sheets and corner guards before work begins. Then high-pressure air whips, rotating silica carbide brushes, and our proprietary Ventri Clean system dislodge contaminants from interior duct walls.
Completion
Access points are sealed with sheet-metal plates, airtight gaskets, and screws. A Certificate of Cleaning sticker is applied to your ductwork. Before and after photos are available upon request.
Corner Guards
Door frames and corners are protected before equipment comes through.
Sealed Registers
Every register is sealed while the system is under negative pressure.

Large and Multi-Furnace Homes
We provide estimates for larger homes and cottages with multiple heating systems. Share the approximate square footage, number of systems, and property access details when requesting a quote so we can confirm the scope.
Dryer Vent Cleaning
Removal of lint, hair, and dust buildup from dryer vents. We can discuss a cleaning schedule based on the vent length and how often the dryer is used.
Bathroom Exhaust Cleaning
Cleaning of bathroom exhaust ducts to ensure proper ventilation and prevent moisture-related issues.
HRV Unit Cleaning
Maintenance and cleaning of Heat Recovery Ventilators to keep your fresh air system running at peak performance.
Benefect Botanical Sanitizer
Optional application of Benefect botanical sanitizer, where appropriate. Ask us about the product and its use before adding it to a cleaning job.
